Salute to the Arts, founded in 1986 to showcase the food, wine, and art of Sonoma, raised funding for Sonoma Valley non-profit arts and cultural organizations for 21 consecutive years.

It is with great regret that founder and producer, Summers-McCann Public Relations, and the Sonoma Valley Arts Alliance, have opted to put the event on hold until private or corporate sponsorship may become available to underwrite production costs of approximately $400,000.

If funding becomes available the company will consider bringing this wonderful showcase event back into production.   Interested parties are invited to contact Pat Summers, President of Summers-McCann, at 707-938-1133 ext 106.

The last production took place in 2007.  Artist Claudia Wagar created the event’s stunning artwork for the 2007 weekend of food, wine, and art events.

Collectable posters from 1995 through 2007 created by notable Sonoma artists are available for purchase. Click HERE to browse. Proceeds for the sale of posters will assist with maintaining basic costs to the keep the organization's presence legal and the event’s presence online.
