July 29, 2005 to July 31, 2005 -- 5:30 PM to 4:00 PM - Silent Auction open from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Friday, 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday
Juried Fine Art Competition featuring Sculpture and Flat Works - A Sparkling Wine Reception for artists and event patrons
will kick off the weekend at 5:30 pm on Friday, July 29.

On Friday evening don twenties attire, from sleek art deco gowns to speakeasy dress, and gather in historic Sonoma Plaza at
5:30 p.m. for a sparkling wine reception and unveiling of the Festival's juried art competition exhibit and silent auction.
You'll receive your passport to Sonoma's Secret Spaces ~ a series of gala parties tucked into courtyards surrounding Sonoma
Plaza ~ opening at 6:30 p.m.

Salute to the Arts Live Auction & Dinner
July 30, 2005 -- 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM - SOLD OUT
Raise your paddle high at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, the elegant setting for this year's Sonoma Salute to the
Arts Live Auction & Dinner on Saturday evening. The auction will feature large format bottles of wine painted by local artists,
exclusive winemaker dinners, fine art including Dick Cole's original poster artwork; wine country excursions and getaways;
and exotic vacation packages. Net proceeds fund scholarships for high school seniors in the visual, theatrical, musical, literary,
culinary and winemaking arts; and provide funding for approximately twenty Sonoma Valley arts, cultural, and arts educational
non-profit organizations.
