Visual Art Competition Exhibit & Silent Auction

When:	July 28, 2006 to July 30, 2006 5:30 PM to 4:00 PM - Silent Auction open from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Friday, 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday
Where:	Sonoma Plaza Sonoma, CA

Visual Art Competition Awards, Exhibit & Silent Auction

Visual Art Competition Entries which are juried into the competition will be displayed and offered at Silent Auction in Sonoma Plaza during The Salute Celebration beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 28, and on Saturday and Sunday, July 29 and 30, at Salute to the Arts. Bidding will close at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

A Sparkling Wine Reception for artists and event patrons will kick off the weekend, following the judging of the contest, which will have been held earlier that afternoon.

Artists will receive their Awards as Salute Patrons pass through a tent filled with juried art competition entries and bid on works they can’t resist on Friday evening. Event patrons will then explore Sonoma's Secret Spaces during The Salute Celebration, Salute's opening night gala.

Art Competition Exhibit & Sale in Sonoma Plaza

Following the end of Silent Auction at 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 30, the Exhibit will continue in Sonoma Plaza at Salute to the Arts for the duration of the day. Artworks which did not sell at Silent Auction will be offered to the public at retail.
