Salute Celebration - Sonoma's Secret Spaces
Salute to the Arts Come of Age! On Friday evening don attire befitting a grand coming of age celebration that takes you around the world. Gather in historic Sonoma Plaza at 5:30 p.m. for a Sparkling Wine Reception and unveiling of the Festival's juried Art Competition Exhibit and Silent Auction. (The auction closes at 8:30 p.m. for the evening but will remain open for bidding throughout the weekend, closing at 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.)
You'll receive your passport to Sonoma's Secret Spaces ~ a series of gala parties tucked into courtyards surrounding Sonoma Plaza ~ opening at 6:30 p.m. Discover Club Vingt et un à Château Sonoma; Ekees Club in the secluded courtyard behind Zagora and Sonoma Silver Shop; Club Ventuno at Red Wolf Gallery and Sign of the Bear; Club Viente Uno at El Paseo de Sonoma; and the famed 21 Club of New York City at Sonoma Court Shops. Indulge in sumptuous surprises: tasty hors d'oeuvres, luscious wines, swanky decor, stunning costuming, music, dancing and more!
Get your passport stamped in each Secret Space: A drawing at evening's end will send one special patron and their guest on a Holland America Caribbean Cruise. The drawing will take place at 10:30 p.m. on the main stage at 21 Club where Casino Royal will entertain throughout the evening. Casino Royal – one of the most popular groups EVER to perform at the Salute Celebration ~ is back!
Indulge in sumptuous cuisine and select vintages presented by Sonoma County chefs and winemakers, dance beneath the stars, and enjoy a panoply of surprises! The Salute Celebration is considered by many to be Sonoma Valley's most exotic party of the year. Taste, sip, and swirl as you explore Sonoma's Secret Spaces, then kick up your heels beneath the stars. Cut the rug at 21 Club at Sonoma Court Shops with CASINO ROYAL, pop,rock and soul at it’s finest. One of the most danceable and popular bands ever to grace the stage at the Salute Celebration is back! At Club Vingt et un à Chateau Sonoma, enjoy French Vocals and instrumentals with Thibaut & Friends as you taste, sip, swirl, and peruse the courtyard furnished with European antiques. Slip into the mystic of India at Ekees Club with music by students of the Ali Akbar College of Music in the secluded courtyard behind Zagora and Sonoma Silver Shop. Don't miss the flavors of Italy with vibrant Italian accordian by Christopher Eising at Club Ventuno in Red Wolf Gallery and Sign of the Bear. Ole! Enjoy dance by Ballet Folklorico and tropical cumbis sounds by Grupo Musical Invasión at Club Viente Uno in El Paseo de Sonoma. Gather at Club 21 in the Sonoma Court Shops courtyard at 10 p.m. to turn in your passport ~STAMPED IN EACH AND EVERY SECRET SPACE. One LUCKY guest will win a Holland America cruise for two. This is a

Ticket Information Tickets for the Salute Celebration are $95 per person in advance, $125 at the door. Tasting Packages for the Plaza event are $30 in advance, $35 at the event. A Patron’s ticket, which combines The Salute Celebration and a Tasting Package for Plaza events, is $125 in advance only, through July 22. The Salute to the Arts Live Auction & Dinner is $150 in advance only. (Please reserve by July 15); a complete package, which includes the Patron’s Package and Live Auction & Dinner, is $250 in advance only (please reserve by July 15.). A Benefactor’s Package, which includes four complete packages, is $900 in advance only. (Please reserve by July 15.) Benefactors may opt to purchase eight Patron’s tickets or six Live Auction tickets and four tasting packages. ONLINE SALES HAVE ENDED Call 707.938.1133 before 4 p.m. on Friday, July 28; or purchase in person at Summers-McCann during business hours and before 3 pm on Friday, July 28 (752 Broadway in Sonoma); or at the event. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. in the art tent with
a sparking wine reception and unveiling of the
Visual Art Competition Exhibit and Silent Auction.
The Secret Spaces will open at 6:30.
You must check in and receive your passport in front of City Hall.
