The Sonoma Valley Arts Alliance, non-profit sponsor of Sonoma's 22nd Annual Salute to the Arts, invites artists to participate
in the annual Salute to the Arts Visual Art Competition.

Salute Celebration - Sonoma's Secret Spaces
August 3, 2007 -- 6:00 PM
Celebrate with food, wine, art & music at The Salute Celebration, Friday evening's opening night gala. The annual Visual Art
Competition Exhibit will be unveiled, and you'll receive your passport to Sonoma's Secret Spaces ~ appropriately themed
parties tucked into courtyards surrounding Sonoma Plaza.
Visual Art Competition Exhibit & Silent Auction
August 3, 2007 to August 5, 2007 -- 6:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Silent Auction open from 6 pm to 8:30 pm on Friday, 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Unsold pieces
available at retail from 4 to 6 pm on Sunday.
Juried Fine Art Competition featuring Sculpture and Flat Works - A Reception for artists and event patrons will kick off the
weekend at 6:00 pm on Friday, August 3.

Big Night ~ Sonoma Salute to the Arts Live Auction and Feast
August 4, 2007 -- 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM - -- SOLD OUT --
Raise your paddle high at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, the exciting new setting for this year's "Big Night ~ Sonoma Salute to
the Arts Live Auction and Feast" on Saturday evening. The auction will feature large format bottles of wine, exclusive winemaker
dinners, fine art including the original 2007 Salute to the Arts poster artwork; wine country excursions and getaways; and
exotic vacation packages. Net proceeds fund scholarships for high school seniors in the visual, theatrical, musical, literary,
culinary and winemaking arts; and provide funding for approximately twenty Sonoma Valley arts, cultural, and arts educational
non-profit organizations.
