Big Night ~ Sonoma Salute to the Arts Live Auction and Feast
Festivities continue at Saturday evening's Annual Sonoma Salute to the Arts Dinner and Live Auction at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. SOLD OUT
Raise your paddle high at Big Night, the 10th annual Sonoma Salute to the Arts Live Auction on Saturday evening, August 4 at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. Enjoy Italian music as you dine, taste an ample array of wines, and select silent auction lots to bid on. Indulge in desserts during the live auction in the winery's beautiful, soaring cathedral room, where your table will be reserved. Long time supporters, Don Sanchez and Cheryl Jennings of ABC 7 will host. The dynamic Greg Quiroga of Reynolds and Buckley will preside as auctioneer. The auction line-up includes exciting excursions such as trips to Paris and Venice, winemaker dinners, award-winning wines, artist-painted large format bottles of wine, and more! Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, an 18,000 square foot rustic Italian stone structure, was inspired by the Jacuzzi family home in Udine, Italy. It features a lovely interior courtyard - which is protected from the wind and is the perfect setting for the evening’s reception, silent auction, and Italian feast to be presented by Elaine Bell Catering. $150 per person, in advance only. A Complete Package which includes The Salute Celebration, a Tasting Package for the daytime Plaza event, and a reservation for Big Night ~ Sonoma Salute to the Arts Live Auction and Feast, is available for $250. Benefactor's Package combinations are available for four, six, or eight, at $900 ($1,000 value).
Proceeds Net proceeds from Salute to the Arts fund scholarships for high school seniors interested in pursuing careers in the arts; and provide funding for approximately 20 Sonoma Valley arts, cultural, and arts educational non-profit organizations. Proceeds enhance and enrich local endeavors from theatre and opera, to public school music programs and children's art classes throughout the year. The scholarship fund, established in 1998, provides awards for music, visual art, theater art, and literary students. In 2002 awards for promising culinary students were added. See Also:
